Engel & Völkers today announced the opening of its newest shop location in Douglas, Michigan under the leadership of license partner and managing broker Carly Jones, who is a founding advisor with Engel & Völkers Chicago North Shore and brings many years of experience in both real estate and law to her new role. Jennifer Ames and her husband Paul Lazarre, who founded Engel & Völkers Chicago in 2019, along with Karen Arenson, who serves as co-license partner and managing broker of Engel & Völkers Chicago North Shore, join Jones as co-license partners of the newly established Engel & Völkers Shoreline, which will service Michigan’s lakeside communities of Douglas, Saugatuck, Holland, Fennville, and Harbor Country.
