Williamson has been a licensed Realtor in the Cincinnati market for the past 13 years, and an Ownerland Realty top producer for the last 3 years. But his distinguished career all began with real estate investment.
“I have worked for large investment firms, both residential and commercial,” said Williamson. “I have been involved in the evaluation and analysis of investment assets, particularly real estate assets, to interpret information for use in creating value solution negotiating and selling.”
Investors prefer to deal with real estate agents who are investors themselves or have experience dealing with investors. “That’s because there is too much at stake for an inexperienced real estate agent to make mistakes during the negotiation and contract phase,” noted Williamson.
Realtors usually know how to find properties their clients desire, but it is imperative investors work with Realtors who are skilled in deal evaluation. A seasoned real estate investor can help clients understand important criteria such as after-repair value, scope of work and more.
“An experienced real estate investor will have an advanced understanding of the market,” concluded Williamson. “So, working with a real estate agent who has experience working with investors is crucial.”

Williamson gained much of his real estate experience when he worked as a wholesaler and investor where he sought, analyzed and contracted real estate investment agreements for investor clients and funded hard money loans for real estate investment purchases.
