Lennar Corp., ready to build homes to rent

Lennar Corp., one of the nation’s largest home builders, is “considering” a move to build homes intended to rent if first-time home buyers continue to be reluctant, said Stuart Miller, the builder’s chief executive, in a quarterly conference call Thursday.

Young Adults See Nothing Wrong In Living At Home

A recent survey by Coldwell Banker found young adults between 18 and 34 think it's perfectly okay to live with their parents for up to five years after finishing college. Apparently this is largely down to the state of the economy, as today's young adults are less likely to find jobs that will enable them to leave home.
